We''re currently recruiting for an Associate People Partner to join a busy People and Culture team in London on an initial 3-6 month contract, with an immediate start. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong employee relations experience who enjoys working closely with managers, solving people challenges and getting involved in wider HR projects. What you''ll be doing You''ll work alongside People Business Partners and managers across the organisation, providing practical, commercially aware HR support and helping to deliver key people priorities. Your responsibilities will include: Managing moderately complex employee relations cases, including disciplinary, grievance, absence and capability matters. Advising and coaching managers on HR policies, processes and best practice. Building trusted relationships with stakeholders across the organisation. Supporting People Business Partners with local people plans and workforce priorities. Identifying people trends, risks and opportunities through HR data and casework. Supporting organisational change, restructures and other People projects. Working collaboratively with the wider People and Culture team.
