Freelance Data Scientist (Senior) Global Marketing Agency at The Industry Club. Hybrid working arrangement with a central London office. 3 month initial contract with potential to extend; Inside IR35.Responsibilities

Design, build and implement AI campaign modelling and campaign forecasting engines.Make recommendations to drive media performance and customer experience while optimising revenue.Guide, mentor and lead a team of data scientists and support their career growth.Manage multiple data science projects, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.Analyse data, uncover trends and provide insights to impact client businesses.Develop data solutions, tools, and prototypes that empower clients with self-service frameworks.The person / Qualifications

Enjoys a fast-paced environment.Ideally a degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or related field.Experience using AI tools and building machine learning models for tasks such as recommendations, segmentation, forecasting, and optimising marketing spend.Experience in a marketing/creative/tech/digital agency.Proficiency in Python, SQL, Bash, Git; ownership of tools like Jupyter notebooks, Pandas, PyTorch.Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex analyses into actionable client insights.Management experience is a plus; role may involve direct line management or mentoring depending on experience.Additional Information
