This is an extremely demanding role, involving continuous lifting and moving of heavy parcels, some weighing up to 25kg. If you can maintain a high pace throughout your shift and thrive in a fast-moving environment, we want to hear from you!Key Responsibilities:Working at the bottom of a parcel chute, ensuring smooth parcel flow from the belt into cages.Lifting, sorting, and stacking parcels quickly and efficiently to prevent blockages and delays.Maintaining a steady workflow to keep up with operational demands.Adhering to health and safety regulations at all times.Working as part of a team to ensure all parcels are processed on time.Requirements:Must be physically fit and capable of continuous heavy lifting and movement.Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-pressure warehouse environment.Ability to work at speed and with accuracy throughout the night shift.Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends if required.Previous warehouse experience is beneficial but not essential - full training will be provided.
