Due to rapid expansion, we are looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Waterlooville. You will be tasked with the continued growth of our industrial engineering sector. This position involves white-collar recruitment for the Power Transmission sector (including pumps, turbines, generators, and other critical mechanical components) and would suit someone with drive and motivation to succeed in a sales-focused role. Negotiating terms and offers of employment. Sourcing candidates using our internal database and multiple job boards. Interviewing candidates and matching them to open or future opportunities. Candidate management throughout the recruitment lifecycle, including administration, interview prep and process, and continuous feedback.
