Leading all aspects of on-site catering operationsManaging, motivating, and developing a skilled teamBuilding and maintaining strong client relationshipsOverseeing financial performance including PandL responsibilityEnsuring service excellence and high standards at all timesDriving sales, meeting KPIs, and enhancing customer satisfactionWhat We’re Looking For

Proven experience in managing high-volume catering servicesStrong leadership and team management skillsFinancially savvy with PandL accountabilityGreat communication skills and a hands-on approachAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environmentSelf-motivated, proactive, and commercially awareRequirements: 5 out of 7 days, including evenings, weekends, and nights.
