They are seeking a proactive and experienced Landscape Contracts Manager to take ownership of the delivery of multiple luxury landscaping projects, ensuring excellence in execution, strong client communication, and rigorous cost and quality control. Role Overview You will be responsible for the full lifecycle management of live landscape construction projects, from pre-start through handover, managing site teams, subcontractors, client liaison, quality assurance, programme delivery, and cost management. Key Responsibilities Project Delivery and Site Coordination Lead multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring delivery on time, on budget, and to specification. Translate design intent into deliverable construction methodologies and oversee implementation. Maintain and enforce exceptional quality standards on all sites, aligned with the brand. Budget and Commercial Control Work closely with our Quantity Surveyor (QS)
