Great opportunity to work as a Factory Operative for our client, a leading dairy manufacturer. Staffline is recruiting for a Factory Operative to work in Market Drayton The rate of pay is £12.21 per hour. Overtime is available at this site and is paid at £15.00 per hour. This is a full-time role working 4 on 4 off, rotating shifts. The hours of work are: - 7am to 7pm - 7pm to 7am Your Time at Work As a Factory Operative, your duties will include: - Loading materials - Sorting fruit - Quality checking Our Perfect Worker Our ideal Factory Operative has a responsible attitude and focuses on the job at hand. You should be a quick learner, with a flexible approach to work. Some repetitive manual handling is required and you will be working on your feet for the duration of the shift. Previous experience within a similar role as a Production Operative/Warehouse Operative would be beneficial, however, this is not necessary as full training will be provided.
