This is a hands-on role for an established Health andamp; Safety professional who enjoys balancing operational safety, compliance, audits and employee engagement within a fast-paced business environment. Key responsibilities: Lead day-to-day Health andamp; Safety activities across office and home-working environments Conduct workplace inspections, risk assessments and incident investigations Support regulatory compliance, including ISO 45001 and contractor management Drive continuous improvement initiatives and maintain Handamp;S policies and procedures Deliver safety training, inductions and awareness programmes Partner with facilities, HR and leadership teams to promote a positive safety culture About you: Proven experience in a Health andamp; Safety Manager or Senior Handamp;S Officer position Strong knowledge of UK Health andamp; Safety legislation and best practice Experience supporting audits, investigations and compliance frameworks Confident communicator with the ability to influence at all levels NEBOSH qualification or ..... full job details .....
