Key Responsibilities Processing protection applications, including life insurance, critical illness and income protection. Liaising with insurers, advisers and clients to obtain updates and outstanding information. Tracking applications and proactively chasing progress to meet deadlines. Checking documentation and client information for accuracy. Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems. Managing a busy workload while supporting the wider team with administration. About You Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail. Confident working at pace and managing multiple priorities. Proactive, with the ability to take ownership of tasks and follow up on outstanding requirements. A confident communicator with good IT skills. A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
