This role is ideal for someone passionate about teaching and capable of preparing students for advanced studies in life sciences or biological sciences.Day-to-day of the role:Conduct in-person seminars focusing on cellular biology, biological molecules, and human body systems.Develop and implement student-centred teaching strategies that accommodate various learning styles.Facilitate laboratory sessions to enhance students'' practical skills in data analysis, laboratory techniques, and scientific report writing.Assess student progress through a combination of practical and theoretical evaluations.Adapt teaching methods and materials based on universal design for learning (UDL) principles to ensure all students can achieve learning outcomes.Required Skills and Qualifications:A minimum of a Bachelor''s degree in Biology or a closely related field.Strong foundation in the topics of biological molecules, cellular biology, genetics, and human body systems.Proven experience in teaching or facilitating learning in a biological sciences context.Ability to engage and inspire students from diverse academic backgrounds.Proficient in laboratory practices and safety protocols.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Benefits:Competitive
