This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a forward-thinking organisation where you will work closely with senior business stakeholders and play a key role in supporting and optimising Microsoft Dynamics and Power Platform applications.

You will provide hands-on technical support across a range of business-critical systems and gain exposure to projects involving Power BI, Power Platform, and CRM development. The role is ideally suited to someone who enjoys problem solving, is highly service oriented, and is looking to develop their technical and business-facing skills in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

Dynamics and CRM Support

Provide first and second line support for Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform applicationsInvestigate and resolve complex issues, particularly within Power Automate workflowsDeliver training and guidance to departments such as Marketing and AdmissionsHelp document internal processes and assist in defining system requirementsProject and System CollaborationWork with the Information Systems Manager and third-party developers to ensure technical specifications are clearly defined and deliveredPrepare user stories and support documentation for business change and system improvementsSupport user acceptance testing and early life support activities following project deliveryReporting and Business SystemsProvide support for Power BI reports including dataset management and access controlAssist with other internal systems such as iSAMSMonitor access permissions and support license management across the Dynamics environment

Essential

Skills and Experience

At least two years'' experience in a Dynamics 365 CE or Power Platform support rolePractical knowledge of Power Automate, including troubleshooting and debugging flowsConfident communicator with strong documentation skillsExperience working with external developers or suppliersFamiliarity with Power BI reporting structures and data connectors

Desirable

Background supporting systems used in the education sector such as iSAMS or admissions platformsMicrosoft certifications such as PL 200 or MB 210Experience writing training materials or internal support documentation
