This is a data-driven administrative role that is essential to the smooth running of the Operations Department. You''ll manage a high volume of administrative tasks, maintain accurate records and ensure course procedures and policies are followed. You''ll also provide excellent customer service by responding to telephone and email enquiries from students. The successful candidate will have strong time management and prioritisation skills, work accurately under pressure and be able to manage their own workload while supporting the wider team.
