Conrad Consulting are recruiting for an experienced and commercially driven Head of London Building Surveying to lead, develop and grow an established Building Surveying team within a highly regarded property consultancy. This is a senior leadership opportunity for a MRICS Building Surveyor with a strong track record in team leadership, business development and client relationship management. The successful candidate will take strategic responsibility for the continued growth and performance of the London Building Surveying practice, while playing a key role in the wider development of the business. You will work closely with the Senior Leadership Team and Partners to develop the London Building Surveying strategy, strengthen existing client relationships, win new instructions and build a high-performing team capable of delivering exceptional service across a diverse range of sectors including Residential, Retail, Office, Commercial and Leisure.
