We are looking for caring, reliable and compassionate individuals who are passionate about providing high-quality, person-centred care and supporting residents with their daily needs, wellbeing and independence. Key Responsibilities Provide person-centred care in accordance with individual care plans. Assist residents with personal care, including washing, dressing, grooming and toileting. Support residents with mobility, transfers and repositioning, in line with training and care plans. Assist with meals, eating and drinking where required. Provide companionship and emotional support. Encourage residents to maintain their independence and participate in activities. Observe and report changes in residents'' health and wellbeing. Maintain accurate daily records and care documentation. Follow safeguarding, infection control, health and safety and confidentiality procedures.
