The role requires a strong business development drive and determination, alongside sales training and area knowledge. The package includes £40k - £45k plus commission, pension, laptop, phone and car. The region is Leeds and Wakefield, with a focus on the waste management and recycling sector.

Responsibilities

Proactively generate business leads across Yorkshire on behalf of the company.

Work towards a structured business development target, selling total waste management solutions including brokerage of waste management services.

Follow a defined business development activity programme and pipeline new business through consistent client appointment setting.

Qualifications

Experience in the waste management and recycling industry is essential.

Successful and demonstrable business development experience is required.

Experience selling major waste management contracts regionally and nationally is desirable.
