MB995: Mobile Heavy Plant EngineerLocation: OldhamSalary: £42,000 - £51,000 DOE + OvertimeWorking Hours: Monday to Friday 7.30am till 5pmCompany Benefits: Company van (plus fuel card), Company Pension, Company Benefits Scheme, Long Service Rewards, Full PPE, In house manufacturers trainingOverview:First Military Recruitment is proudly working in partnership with a fantastic business who are looking to recruit a Mobile Heavy Plant Engineer on a permanent basis due to growth located at their Oldham location.Duties and Responsibilities: Performance servicing, maintenance on plant in the workshop and yard as required.Assist workshop staff with preventative maintenance and servicing for all cranes and plant.Be lead engineer for the rigging/derigging of hydraulic lattice and telescopic cranes across the UK.Assist workshop staff to ensure duties are being carried out efficiently and accurately.Accurately maintain service records for each asset detailing all faults, repairs, service dates etcMaintain high standards of health and safety at all times.Be flexible to work away from home with occasional extended hours to assist with rigging/derigging, this may involve occasional weekend working.Secure necessary materials and parts for the work in good time, ordering/ chasing from suppliers if necessary.Provide technical advice to ensure shortest possible downtime for vehicles.Continually seek to improve the way in which the role operates within the business to achieve its ..... full job details .....
