Do you have strong NEC contract knowledge and enjoy leading commercial performance while mentoring and developing others?This specialist utilities contractor delivers gas infrastructure and maintenance works across the UK, earning an excellent reputation for safety, quality and client delivery. Following continued growth, they are now looking to appoint a Commercial Manager to lead the day-to-day commercial function, working closely with the Operations Director and Group Commercial Director to maximise commercial performance across multiple live projects.In this role, you will oversee all commercial activities from project inception through to final account. You will take responsibility for CVRs, forecasting, commercial reporting, subcontractor management, valuations, compensation events and contractual compliance under NEC3 and NEC4 contracts.
