This role will be working in a busy store, with a small warehouse upstairs and an external warehouse 3 miles away, successful candidate must be able delegate work throughout the team and have strong customer service skills. What does this role involve?As a Store Manager you will be accountable for your stores performance, maximising sales through physical and digital channels, and achieving store targets by leading an inclusive and diverse team that consistently demonstrate the BHF values .Each day is different in this varied, fast paced and hands on role.
