Senior Quantity Surveyor Chelmsford Location: Chelmsford, Essex Hybrid Working Job Type: Permanent or Contract Sector: Water / Utilities / Civil Engineering / MEICA We are currently recruiting for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a major design and build contractor delivering long-term projects across the UK water sector. The role would suit an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor, although applications are also welcomed from strong Quantity Surveyors looking to take the next step into a Senior QS position. Candidates with experience of NEC contracts and water, utilities, civil engineering or MEICA projects would be particularly well suited. The position is based from Chelmsford with hybrid working available, and the client is open to considering either a permanent appointment or an experienced contractor. Working as part of an established commercial team, you will take commercial responsibility for projects and key work packages, working closely with operational, design and supply chain teams.
