Projects vary in scale and sector, with schemes averaging around £10 million in value.This is a senior monitoring position for someone who wants responsibility for their own instructions, direct contact with funders and the scope to exercise professional judgement. The appointment can be made at Senior Surveyor or Associate Director level, depending on experience.The RoleYou will act as Development Monitor from initial due diligence through construction and completion, providing clear advice on the risks that matter to the lender.You will review the financial and technical basis of proposed schemes, assess progress on site and advise on drawdown requests.
