JOB PURPOSE The Supply Chain Administrator is responsible for supporting the efficient day-to-day operation of the company''s supply chain activities, ensuring the timely procurement, availability and accurate recording of stock and products. The role acts as a key point of contact for suppliers, coordinating purchase orders, product queries, lead times, dispatch dates and product issues, while analysing sales and reorder levels to support effective stock planning. The position also supports the goods-in process, maintains accurate inventory data and internal systems, and works closely with Sales, Warehouse and Finance teams to resolve stock discrepancies and process customer returns and credits. The role is essential in maintaining accurate supply chain records, following established processes and ensuring goods and information flow efficiently throughout the business. DUTIES To significantly contribute individually and as part of the Tsurumi Pumps UK team to achieve the above job purpose. Act as the primary point of contact for suppliers, managing queries relating to purchase orders, product availability, lead times, dispatch dates and product defects. Raise and manage purchase orders for stock and non-stock goods and services, ensuring orders are accurate and processed in a timely manner.
