Our client is looking for a commercially driven professional to support the delivery of a diverse portfolio of infrastructure projects, ranging from 200k to 10m+, including long-term frameworks, bespoke schemes and emergency works. The Role As Managing Quantity Surveyor, you''ll oversee commercial performance across a portfolio of civil engineering projects, ensuring effective cost control, accurate forecasting and strong contract management. Your responsibilities will include: Commercial Management Lead cost control, forecasting, cash flow management and commercial reporting. Oversee monthly cost value reporting and commercial reviews at project and business unit level. Manage applications for payment, valuations and final account settlements.
