Key ResponsibilitiesProvide excellent customer service in person, by phone and via emailSupport the client with Import Operations and wider supply chain processesAnalyse and operate LIMA, the supply chain software solution, including track structure understandingComplete dashboard activities, including chasers for origin and destination pointsFollow standard operating procedures and ensure complianceRespond to internal and external stakeholder queries, escalating issues where necessaryConsolidate and present weekly market updatesTrack and remain aware of key performance indicatorsSupport managers and client lead on projects, development initiatives and continuous improvementUse internal systems and Excel for data analysis and customer presentations What We''re Looking ForGCSE Maths and English at Grade C / Level 4 or aboveExperience in supply chain/import opera
