Job Description:

anduuml;andnbsp; Provide Individualised Support: Work one-to-one or in small groups to support students with a range of learning needs, helping them to access the curriculum effectively.

anduuml;andnbsp; Enhance Classroom Learning: Assist teaching staff in delivering engaging, differentiated lessons across a variety of subjects.

anduuml;andnbsp; Foster Positive Relationships: Build strong, supportive relationships with students to encourage confidence, independence and self-esteem.

anduuml;andnbsp; Monitor and Support Progress: Observe and track students'' development, feeding back to teachers and contributing to support plans.

anduuml;andnbsp; Champion Inclusion: Play a key role in promoting a culture of respect, equality, and opportunity for all students.

The Ideal Candidate Will:

anduuml;andnbsp; Have previous experience supporting young people in a secondary school setting (desirable but not essential).

anduuml;andnbsp; Be passionate about inclusive education and committed to helping every student succeed.

anduuml;andnbsp; Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a patient and empathetic nature.

anduuml;andnbsp; Be confident working collaboratively with staff, parents, and external professionals.

anduuml;andnbsp; Hold a current and valid DBS certificate, or be willing to undergo an enhanced DBS check.
