Overview: We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Site Supervisor to oversee daily operations on a solar farm project. This is a fully field-based role, ideal for someone who thrives working outdoors and actively supporting site teams. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring work is carried out safely, efficiently, and to a high standard, while also assisting the workforce and operating machinery when required.
