What you ll be doing as our Business Development Executive: As our Business Development Executive, you ll: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking and referrals. Build strong relationships with prospective and existing customers. Understand customer requirements and present the right solutions for their needs. Work towards and achieve agreed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Keep up to date with market trends, competitor activity and customer needs. Maintain accurate records of opportunities, customer activity and communications within our CRM. Prepare sales reports and forecasts to help track performance and future opportunities. Work closely with Marketing, Operations and the wider business to support company goals. Share market and customer insight to help shape our sales and marketing activity.
