Plan, organise, and oversee preventative and reactive maintenance activities across mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems. Troubleshoot and resolve complex machinery faults to minimise downtime. Maintain accurate maintenance records, schedules, and compliance documentation. Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimise equipment reliability and efficiency. Work closely with production and engineering teams to support operational goals. Manage contractors and external service providers as required. Monitor and maintain compliance with health, safety, and food hygiene standards in line with company policies.
