Based out of their established Birmingham office, you will become part of a highly experienced planning team, supporting the successful delivery of a diverse portfolio of projects across the region.This role offers involvement across both tender and contract planning, working on projects typically valued between £20m-£400m across a broad range of build sectors. From early bid strategy through to live project delivery, you will play a key role in developing robust programmes, supporting commercial and operational teams, and helping to drive successful outcomes on complex schemes.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and manage detailed construction programmes for tender and live projectsSupport bid teams with programme strategy, sequencing and methodologyWork closely with project, commercial and operational teams to ensure programme alignmentMonitor project progress, identify risks and implement mitigation strategiesProvide planning and programme expertise across multiple build sectorsSupport successful project delivery from pre-construction through to completionRequirementsStrong UK construction industry experience gained within a main contracting environmentProven planning experience across building
