Job Title: Legionella Risk Assessor Supervisor

Our client is seeking a knowledgeable Lead Legionella Risk Assessor to join their growing company. Candidates must hold a strong track record of conducting legionella risk assessments and will be able to utilise their experience to audit completed works and oversee a team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge and will be confident in communicating with clients and colleagues to resolve issues and deliver projects. You will be joining a successful outfit who provide full legionella, water hygiene and plumbing services. Salaries on offer are competitive and packages include: company vehicle and overtime earning.

Experience / Qualifications:

• Experience working as a Legionella Risk Assessor Supervisor
• Will hold the City and Guilds (WMSoc) in Legionella Risk Assessing
• Good working knowledge of ACOP L8 and HSG 274 guidelines
• Proven experience leading / overseeing teams
• Good literacy, numeracy and IT skills
• Excellent communication skills

The Role:

• Overseeing successful completion of Legionella Risk Assessments within a successful company
• Auditing and quality checking completed reports
• Providing training and support to Legionella Risk Assessors
• Carrying out performance reviews with Risk Assessors
• Conducting legionella risk assesments on domestic hot and cold water systems
• Maintaining strong relationships with clients
• Troubleshooting issues on site
• Creating detailed risk assessment reports and schematic drawings
• Ensuring works are completed within agreed timeframes
• Keeping up-to-date with industry guidelines
