Elevation Recruitment Group are recruiting for a Maintenance Engineer (Electrical) to join one of our Manufacturing clients in the Pontefract area.Electrical Maintenance Engineer - ManufacturingLocation: Pontefract Hours: Mon-Thurs - 8:30am-5pm and Friday 8:30am-4pm Salary - £40,894.10 Benefits: Overtime paid at 1.5 times and then double time on a SundayPensionYearly pay riseShares scheme Key Responsibilities: Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive breakdowns across a wide range of automated machineryUse CMMS to log and complete all maintenance tasksTroubleshoot and fault find on electrical systems (including PLCs where possible)Prioritise workloads and breakdowns within the shift team to minimise downtimeMaintain safe working practices in line with company SHE standards and proceduresProvide sickness and holiday cover for the team when requiredSupport continuous improvement projects and engineering developments on site What We''re Looking For: NVQ/ONC Level 3 (or equivalent) in Electrical Maintenance as a minimumProven experience in an Electrical Maintenance Engineer role within manufacturing/automated environmentsStrong background in PPMs and breakdown responseExperience of fault finding on PLCs (desirable)Skilled in using CMMS systemsAdaptable, team-oriented, and proactive approach This role is commutable from:Wakefield, Castleford, Barnsley, Leeds, Doncaster, Huddersfield, York, Harrogate Suited candidates previously hold roles such as:Electrical
