As a Service Advisor, you will act as the key point of contact between customers and the workshop, ensuring a seamless service experience from vehicle check-in through to completion of repairs and servicing. Key Responsibilities Greet customers and manage service bookings. Accurately identify customer requirements and vehicle concerns. Liaise with technicians and workshop staff regarding vehicle progress. Provide customers with updates and obtain authorisation for additional work. Prepare estimates, invoices, and service documentation. Promote additional products and services where appropriate. Ensure all work is completed to agreed timescales and customer expectations. Handle customer queries and resolve issues professionally. Maintain accurate records using the dealer management system.
