Senior Site Manager Residential Development (Temp to Perm) Location: Salisbury , Hampshire Sector: Residential New Build Contract: Temp to Perm About the Role We are seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager to take ownership of the externals on a large-scale residential development. This is a traditional build project on piled foundations, comprising 100 units in total. With 50 homes already completed, the remaining 50 units form Phase 2, which will also require full infrastructure implementation. The project has approximately 12 months left to build out, with further developments in the pipeline. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage all external works across the site. Oversee infrastructure delivery for Phase 2. Ensure quality, safety, and programme targets are achieved.
