Hoop Nursing and Healthcare are seeking an experienced Senior Support Worker and Support-Team Manager-to manage a cluster of care services in the Brecon area.

As the Team Manager, you will be expected to be visible and engaging in-services, observing staff practices and-ensuring the-support-delivered is to the-highest of standards and in line with CIW regulations.-

Essential

• Must have the QCF Level 4/5 in Management, or demonstrate a willingness to work towards
• Minimum 1 years experience managing a service for individuals with complex care needs, learning disabilities and autism
• Experienced in managing a team of healthcare professionals, ensuring the highest delivery of care
• Extensive knowledge of legislative guidelines-
• Car driver with access to a vehicle
