We work closely with independent garages across the UK and are proud to be the exclusive apprenticeship training provider for the RAC. Due to continued growth, we are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Motor Vehicle Lecturer / Automotive Trainer to join our team, delivering training to RAC apprentices. The Role You will be responsible for delivering engaging, practical and classroom-based training to apprentices working towards recognised automotive qualifications. The role will involve teaching across our Wednesbury and Milton Keynes training centres. You will deliver training across the following qualifications: Level 2 Autocare Technician Level 3 Service and Maintenance Technician Level 3 Electric and Hybrid Vehicles Level 3 Refrigerant Handling Key Responsibilities Deliver high-quality practical and theory-based motor vehicle training to RAC and independent garage apprentices. Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with apprenticeship standards and qualification requirements. Support learners in developing their technical knowledge, practical skills and confidence. Monitor learner progress, provide constructive feedback and maintain accurate training records. Prepare learners for assessments and examinations.
