JRRL are seeking a proactive and experienced Duty Manager to oversee daily operations across our client''s hotel, workspace, and event venue. You will act as the key point of contact for staff and visitors, ensuring excellent service, safety, and operational efficiency. A core part of this role involves being the system expert for Mews and Office RnD platforms-training, supporting, and troubleshooting to optimise system use and team performance. You will also have hands-on involvement in guest relations, reservations, and maintenance coordination, supporting a diverse range of activities in a fast-paced environment.
