Acting as a key link between the Service Lead, Senior Leadership Team and the delivery of Baked Bean sessions, they provide guidance, advice, and practical support to Facilitators and Workshop Assistants to ensure our programmes run smoothly and effectively. You will: Lead and develop our complex needs provisions, overseeing a range of creative, educational and wellbeing projects that support students to thrive. Support and empower your team, providing line management, supervision, mentoring and training to help staff grow in confidence and deliver their best work.
