Your main responsibilities will include: The role is responsible for achieving excellent customer satisfaction by delivering timely returns, dispatch, repair information and contract support for services provided by the company and will undertake the following key tasks: Use technical knowledge to manage support calls and support bid management. Allocation and dispatch of stock. Monitoring and updating external customer systems. Managing returns and updating Proof of Delivery (POD) information on companies incident management system (service now). Triage of returned parts. Maintain tools and test equipment within the department. To perform tests and diagnostics on a range of network and IT equipment.
