The Role - 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant

As a 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with a Year 4 pupil with ASD, providing tailored support to help them engage with their learning and make positive progress. You will work with the class teacher and SENCO to implement effective strategies, encourage positive behaviour and build the pupil''s confidence and independence. The successful candidate will be nurturing, proactive and patient, with a genuine passion for supporting children with SEN. Previous SEN experience is essential.
