Salary: -29,500 + 12.5% Shift Allowance
Shift Pattern: Rotating
Week 1: 06:00 - 14:00
Week 2: 14:00 - 22:00

The Role

Due to the expansion of existing contracts, the company is now recruiting for an experienced Paint Sprayer to join their team, working on high-quality precision components including carbon fibre parts.

• Preparing various substrates ready for primer
• Preparing primer surfaces ready for topcoat
• Masking components to a high standard
• Spray painting primers, coloured base coats, top coats, and cosmetic finishes
• Applying clear coat finishes on carbon fibre components
• Polishing and finishing to a high cosmetic standard
• Using filler to repair pinholes, voids, and surface imperfections
• Reading and interpreting job packs and specifications

About You

• Proven experience in spray painting within a precision engineering or manufacturing environment
• Experience working with carbon fibre and clear coat finishes is essential
• Strong prep, masking, and polishing skills
• Ability to use fillers for detailed surface correction
• Excellent attention to detail and hand skills
• Able to read and understand job packs
• Good communication skills and a team-oriented approach
• Takes pride in delivering high-quality work

Additional Requirements

• DBS check required due to the nature of defence-related work
