We are seeking an Asset Process Engineer to support a portfolio of mature upstream oil and gas production assets, focused on diagnosing late-life operating challenges and delivering solutions in collaboration with site and multi-disciplinary teams.This is a hands-on technical consultancy that requires strong root-cause problem solving across corrosion constraints, aging equipment, changing fluids, and tightening emissions requirements.The role is London-based 4dpw + international travel to operational sites. All travel expenses will be covered.Key Responsibilities: Familiarisation with the design and peculiarities of each assetConduct investigatory site visits, working closely with OIMs and operators to identify operating challengesDevelop SMART frameworks for addressing identified challenges with priority given to safety and production outputPropose pragmatic and feasible solutions with supporting analysisCoordinate and support testing to validate proposed solutionsPresent findings and recommendations clearly to senior stakeholdersWork with process and other discipline teams to develop selected solutions through to implementationProvide operational and troubleshooting support as requiredContribute to process optimisation initiatives and provide technical input to projects Must have the following: Process Engineer with 10-15+ years'' experience working on late-life assets within oil andamp; gas and/or petrochemicals (onshore and/or offshore)Proficiency in both French and Engl
