This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys partnering with operational stakeholders, improving financial performance, and playing a key role in delivering accurate and timely management information.Working closely with operational finance leads, you will be responsible for supporting financial reporting, analysing performance, and driving continuous improvement across month-end processes. Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness partner with operational teams and key stakeholders across multiple sites.Take ownership of key aspects of the month-end close process, ensuring deadlines are met and reporting is accurate.Prepare and post journals, including month-end adjustments.Complete accruals and prepayments on a timely and accurate basis.Review monthly financial results and investigate variances, identifying opportunities for improved financial performance.Analyse weekly financial data and discuss trends, risks, and opportunities with stakeholders.Produce weekly soft-close reporting to provide early visibility of financial performance ahead of month end.Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.Challenge assumptions and provide constructive financial insight to operational teams.Drive continuous ..... full job details .....
