Our client is looking to strengthen their existing team by appointing an experienced Process Quality Analyst, working a 3-shift system: 06:00 - 14:00 / 14:00 - 22:00, 22:00 - 06:00, Monday - Friday, based at their Newcastle site. Main DutiesEnsure that all critical process control parameters are maintained within specification.Ensure that all appropriate actions are taken to supply a quality finished product to the customer.Identify high-risk activities, events, and trends.Work pro-actively with the manufacturing team and use your own initiative based on data and information available.Provide a central point of reference regarding customer or Plant-related ongoingquality issues.Work flexibly in any work area as far as safety and capability permit.Experience/QualificationsA proven quality backgroundExperience of working in a high-speed production environmentIn-depth knowledge of ISO standards, SPC (Statistical Process Controls), HACCP (Hazard Analysis, Critical Control Point) and Continuous Improvements techniquesNVQ level 3 (or equivalent) in an engineering discipline would be advantageousPersonal AttributesTeam-player, commercially aware, self-starting with excellent communication skills.A methodical and syst
