We are seeking a motivated French speaking Telesales Executive to join our growing team in the Information Technology and Services industry. Responsibilities Engage with potential clients over the phone, to identify warm leads. Conduct follow-up calls with leads to nurture relationships. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales progress using CRM software. data cleansing of the database. Requirements Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken. Proven experience in telesales, sales or customer service role would be beneficial but a strong desire to succeed and learn would also be considered. Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly. Basic understanding of the Information Technology and Services industry is a plus but not essential. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Proficient in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite. This role is a working week of 34 hours a week working 9am to 5pm with an hour for lunch and a slight earlier finish on the Friday. The role is a hybrid role working 2 days from home a week however the client as advised they would consider someone fully remote depending on their experience for this role.
