This is an excellent opportunity to work on high-profile and innovative construction and engineering projects across both the public and private sectors.The RoleYou will be involved in advising a wide range of clients including central government departments, global universities, institutional investors, and developers across sectors such as life sciences, education, and infrastructure. The team regularly works with all major forms of construction contracts and takes a forward-thinking approach, including the use of AI tools to enhance bespoke drafting.You''ll be part of a collaborative and well-supported team, benefiting from in-house legal expertise, executive assistant support, and ongoing training. thought leadership reports .Key Responsibilities

(with supervision as appropriate):Drafting and negotiating standard form amendments (e.g., JCT, NEC)Advising on construction provisions in property transactionsPreparing consultant appointments, collateral warranties, bonds, and guaranteesDrafting and negotiating sub-contracts and sub-consultant warrantiesSupporting due diligence for real estate, corporate, and finance transactionsProducing advice reports and handling post-completion mattersConducting legal research and supporting in-house legal teamsThe PersonQualified as a solicitor (NQ level) or due to qualify shortlySolid experience in

transactional construction law
