Job Description Overall, Purpose of the Role: The Alert Room Supervisor will receive students that are both internally suspended and sent out of lessons day to day. The post holder will run a calm and orderly environment that supports the students to complete work set and prepare for the return to the classroom. They will insist on high standards of behaviour and support the students to regulate and manage their behaviour and follow the expectations of learning. They will liaise with Teachers, Behaviour Leads, Parents, and the Assistant Principal for Behaviour and Culture. Key Duties: Effectively supervise students that are sent daily to the Alert Room.Support the smooth running of the Alert Room when needed for pupils who are unable to access lessons on a day-to-day basis, promoting high exp
