The ideal candidate must be an expert in implementing rigorous program controls, navigating senior stakeholder landscapes, and providing executive-ready communication.Key Requirements and Scope:- Experience: Proven track record in large-scale technology rollouts and managing change impacts across global IT and business teams.- Scale: Experience managing significant recurring annual budgets and orchestrating large blended teams across 8-12 workstreams and multiple regions.- Technical Context: Familiarity with enterprise manufacturing IT landscapes, GMP, and CSV is preferred. - Availability: Start within 6-8 weeks of an offer.
