Business Administration Apprentice
An exciting opportunity has arisen to working with a world leading global organisation, we are looking for a Business Administration Apprentice to work with Manpower. The role will be based at our client''s facility in Kingston-Upon-Thames, a minimum of 2 days per week (KT1 2BA) / Plus working from home. This is a full-time temporary role for a period of 18 months with a view to extend, working a 37.5-hour week Monday - Friday. This role is paying between £18,000 - £22,000 per annum.
The successful candidate will be able to get real on the job experience plus can learn with a L3 Business Administration Apprenticeship or similar, to meet their career aspirations.
Job Purpose:
To achieve agreed targets by ensuring the effective fulfilment of SLA''s, through the effective management of back-office activities.
Key Performance Measures:
- Administration deadlines met including the submission of weekly/monthly reports
- Number of payrolls, invoicing etc errors
- Contract audit compliance and feedback
- Budgetary compliance
- Takes the time to share knowledge/experience with colleagues
- Candidate and client feedback on the quality of service offered

Responsibilities:
- Sole responsibility for the regional onboarding of all new employees, industrial placement students and apprentices in the Southeast.
- Responsible for preparing, validating and running payroll for all monthly and weekly paid employees for the South East.
- Ensuring that associate''s payroll is run efficiently, ensuring the minimum number of errors
- Ensuring Contract Consultants comply with service standards and HR policies to manage team efficiencies and deadlines are met.
- Ensuring that associates issues are managed effectively
- Ensuring that all associates are referenced to the required standard for the Unilever contract
- Ensuring that all files are kept up to date and stored securely
- Ensuring the accurate maintenance of associate information
- Ensuring that all activity complies with all Company policies, procedures and legal requirements including health and safety and employment legislation
- Issuing clear and timely communications with internal and external key stakeholders with all updates on aspects of HR.
- Resolving any day-to-day issues or queries in a timely and effective manner.
- Participation and support on disciplinary action, evaluation and process of employees.
- Identifying new opportunities within the Unilever Account for Manpower or other members of the Group
- Actively gaining feedback from Clients and Associates on the service they are receiving from Manpower in line with the Company''s quality standards and taking corrective action as necessary
- Ensuring that all work is conducted in accordance with Manpower''s values and standards
- Other ad hoc duties and project work as required.
