Quantity Surveyor Luxury Residential Development (15 Units) Chelmsford, Essex Full-Time Fixed-Term (18-24 Months) A private, well-funded developer is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to lead the commercial delivery of a prestigious luxury development comprising 15 high-value new-build homes (c. 1.5m+ per unit). to manage all trade packages end-to-end. This is a site-led role with real autonomy and responsibility.
