We offer a paid, year-long leadership programme designed for mid-career professionals who want to pivot into impactful work and contribute to a regenerative, equitable and just future.
Responsibilities
Two 6 month placements with organisations driving impactful change (4.5 days per week).
Gain hands-on experience tackling pressing social and environmental issues through work placements with partner organisations.
Expert-led learning: weekly in-person sessions led by sector experts to equip you with skills, knowledge and mindset to lead organisational and systemic change.
1:1 mentoring and quarterly executive coaching to support personal and professional growth.
Join a supportive, impactful community: a tight-knit cohort of 20 Associates plus a wider On Purpose network providing ongoing inspiration and opportunities.
Programme Structure
Programme includes a blend of work placements and learning opportunities (4.5 days per week for placements, with training and development).
Current partner organisations include Better Society Capital, Save the Children, BAFTA and VISA.
Benefits
Salary: £27,010 per annum (pro rata).
3-day residential (all expenses paid).
Standard UK holiday allowance.

Who We’re Looking For
Individuals seeking a career change into the environment and social impact sector.
Individuals already in the impact sector who want to develop new skills, work in more commercial organisations, or join a like-minded network.
Skills and Qualifications
Minimum of three years of full-time professional experience.
The right to work in the UK for the full duration of the programme.
Fluency in English; office environment experience.
Skills in project management, stakeholder engagement, adaptability, interpersonal communication, problem-solving, quantitative analysis and strategic thinking.
