We are looking for a Managing Quantity Surveyor. You can either be a fully fledged Managing Quantity Surveyor or a Senior Quantity Surveyor who heads up a team who is ready for their next step up the ladder

A national Main contractor based in the Peterborough with an annual turnover of circa -80 million are looking for a Managing Quantity Surveyor to be based on site and head office.

Responsibilities

Experience of managing residential developer on refurbishment projects within social housing projects.

Managing a team of 10-15

Taking full commercial and contractual control on site.

Client Facing

Sub-contract procurement

Attending client meetings

Pricing and agreeing variations

Interim Payments

Settling the final account

Sites based within the Peterborough and Head Office.
